StatusKeep is a software-as-a-service platform that helps nonprofit organizations track compliance deadlines, receive reminders, and store related documents. The Service is intended as a tool to assist with compliance management and does not constitute legal or tax advice.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

5. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth herein or as required by law.

STATUSKEEP DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL, TAX, OR ACCOUNTING ADVICE. THE SERVICE IS A TOOL TO HELP TRACK DEADLINES AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS THE SOLE SOURCE OF COMPLIANCE INFORMATION. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING ALL DEADLINES AND REQUIREMENTS WITH APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STATUSKEEP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TAX-EXEMPT STATUS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StatusKeep and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request an export of your data prior to termination.
